Rookie firefighter Daigo Asahina can't believe his bad luck when he's assigned to the district with the fewest fires on record. Daigo succeeds in locating Sengoku Fire Department's missing helicopter at an abandoned construction site, and the pilots, though badly injured in the crash, are alive.
